Reach me, a Microsoft project, lets you share your location with Friends, and they get turn-by-turn directions to reach you.

With Reach me you can reach to your any lumia friend having this app through live navigation.

Reach me guides them to your place at your current Location. If you Share your live location, your friends can see where you are in real time, with Easy-to-follow directions that update as you move from place to place.

Location tracking expires at the time you set, so you control how long they can follow you.

To share location with your friend, you should have the Microsoft Account of your friend added to his/her contact information on your phone.
