Follow these steps below to send audio files via WhatsApp in your windows phone:
1. Open Files, go to SD card Pictures Folder and Create a folder called 'Whatsapp Video'

2. Copy any audio file you want to send to that folder
 |
3. Change that file's extension from xxx.mp3 to xxx.mp4
 |
4. Now go to Whatsapp > Attachment > Video
 |
5. Go the 'Whatsapp Video'
 |
6. Select the audio file
 |
7. Send that audio file, don't worry receiver will get that file in xxx.mp3 format
 |
